Areas of Focus

Vision and Strategy

The link between vision and strategy is a key ingredient in nonprofit organizational success.  Sharply focused vision must be rooted in values and anchored in the unique contributions organizations can make in their priority areas. These must be combined with concrete strategies that leverage the assets the organization brings to the table, the partnerships it can create and nourish, and organizational design and drive results.

Organizational Development

Execution on a clear vision and effective strategy depends on strong organizational design and culture.  Building effective board/staff relations and developing effective teams within and across an organization requires focus and attention to the many complicated processes inside an organization, and how people inside the organization feel about their roles.
